We don't offer refunds, so please check your model, flex, curve and hand before you order. Not sure? Take the stick finder or ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong flex or curve? You can exchange your stick for the same model in a different flex or curve.

Email admin@stratahockey.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the flex or curve you want.
The stick must be brand new: no tape, no ice or floor use, and not cut or modified.
You pay shipping both ways: sending your stick back and shipping the new one to you.
The flex or curve you want has to be in stock.
We ship the new stick once we receive yours and confirm it's unused.

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your stick arrives damaged in shipping or isn't what you ordered, email admin@stratahockey.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
