Shipping policy

• United States: $21.99 per order, tracked.
• Canada: $40 per order, tracked.
• We only ship to the United States and Canada. Prices are in US dollars.
• Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking by email.

Canadian orders: duties, taxes, and tariffs. If you’re ordering to Canada, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes (including GST/HST/PST), tariffs, brokerage and customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices or in the shipping cost you pay at checkout. They’re set by Canadian authorities and the carrier, and are usually collected by the carrier before or at delivery. Strata Hockey doesn’t control these charges and can’t refund them. Packages that are refused or left unclaimed because these charges weren’t paid aren’t eligible for a refund.

If tracking stalls, email admin@stratahockey.com with your order number. If a stick arrives damaged, email within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.
