Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of stratahockey.com and any purchase from Strata Hockey (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products
We sell carbon fiber hockey sticks. We try to show colors, specs and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences in appearance can happen. Feel comparisons to other brands are based on our own testing. Strata Hockey isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Bauer Hockey, CCM Hockey or any other brand named on the site.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund of any amount charged.

3. Orders
An order is accepted when it ships. We may limit or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Shipping and duties
We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage and customs fees. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Final sale and exchanges
All sales are final. Unused sticks may be exchanged for a different flex or curve, and damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. No warranty
Strata sticks are sold “as is” without a warranty, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Hockey sticks are performance equipment and can break during normal play. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Strata Hockey isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

8. Site content
All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Strata Hockey and can’t be copied or used without our permission.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they’re posted on this page.
