Refund policy

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, so please check your model, flex, curve, and hand before you order. Strata sticks are sold without a warranty.

Flex and curve exchanges. You can exchange your stick for the same model in a different flex or curve.

• Email admin@stratahockey.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the flex or curve you want.
• The stick must be brand new: no tape, no ice or floor use, and not cut or modified.
• You pay shipping both ways: sending your stick back and shipping the new one to you.
• The flex or curve you want has to be in stock.
• We ship the new stick once we receive yours and confirm it’s unused.

Damaged or wrong item: If your stick arrives damaged in shipping or isn’t what you ordered, email admin@stratahockey.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Duties and taxes: Canadian duties, taxes, and tariffs aren’t refundable.
