Rates are per order and shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. We only ship to the United States and Canada.
Canadian Orders: Duties, Taxes and Tariffs
If you're ordering and shipping to Canada, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes (including GST/HST/PST), tariffs, brokerage and customs fees.
- These charges are not included in our prices, or in the shipping cost you pay at checkout.
- They're set by Canadian authorities and the carrier, and are usually collected by the carrier before or at delivery.
- Strata Hockey doesn't control these charges and can't refund them.
- Packages that are refused or left unclaimed because these charges weren't paid aren't eligible for a refund.
Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking stalls, email admin@stratahockey.com with your order number and we'll look into it. If your stick arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement. All sales are final, with flex and curve exchanges on unused sticks; see Returns & Exchanges.
